Yacht Manager (m/w/d, 100%) Our Yacht Management Division at Ocean Independence specializes in the operational and technical management of luxury super yachts worldwide. We are currently seeking a Yacht Manager to be based in one of our offices (Hamburg, Golfe Juan, Konstanz, Monaco, Zürich, Palma). The love for yachting is at the heart of everything we do.

Your skills and qualifications ideally include: Sea-going experience in a senior position onboard large yachts (>24m) Previous yacht management experience Happy to travel frequently The ability to work independently Excellent communication and diplomacy skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels (dealing with Owners, Captains and various stakeholders) Excellent written and spoken English language skills. Proficiency in other languages will be advantageous Strong computer literacy skills, proficient in Word and Excel Good sense of humour

Your responsibilities will include: Acting as the main point of contact for the vessel (Owners, Captains, other stakeholders) General operational yacht management Accounts and finance with the support of the Fleet Finance Manager Technical management with the support of the Technical Manager Crew management Supervising refitting and dry-docking activities Preparation Monthly Management Reports
