RWE Renewables and its new subsidiary RWE Battery Solutions are setting up a global centre of competence in the field of energy storage engineering that will support the growth ambition of the entire RWE Group by ensuring energy storage projects of RWE and its customers are designed in the highest quality along the entire life cycle - from the development phase to operation. The global storage engineering hub will benefit from RWE's worldwide office locations to attract top talents and support the ambitions of RWE to become a global leader in energy storage.

Responsibilities As a team assistant, you have the opportunity to take on interesting and challenging tasks with an international team. You support the team leaders in administrative processes and take on tasks with independent responsibility. Support of the international team Creation of internal and external presentations, documents and correspondence in German and English Ordering of services and delivery using SAP and other group-wide software Planning, coordination and organisation of events and meetings Collaboration on health, safety and environmental protection issues and administration/maintenance of documentation Contact person for coordination with internal service providers (facility management, office services, etc.) Preparation of project evaluations in MS Office Possibly more responsibilities in the future, enabling team performance at even higher levels
Requirements Commercial apprenticeship or comparable training Previous experience working as a Team Assistant Independent, responsible and structured way of working, planning skills and very good organisational skills Advanced knowledge in handling IT hardware, Microsoft Office suite and SAP German and English language skills (oral and written) Strong team player with motivation for own further development
