Your Responsibilities

Work in the New Product Introduction (NPI) engineering team which drives Advantest towards operational excellence in an outsourced manufacturing environment Actively drive and influence designs of new products (HW and test SW) Qualify changes both in NPI phase and production and manage the roll out to the whole supply chain Manage product changes for manufacturing process optimization, cost reduction and quality improvements Work closely with Advantest contract manufacturers and Advantest development, supply chain and product marketing teams in a very international environment. Evaluate data and provide special technical advice to peers and management

Your Qualifications

Bachelors' / Masters' degree in electronic engineering or equivalent Knowledge of development of printed circuit assemblies and years of experience in end-to-end manufacturing processes of high-level electronic assemblies Analytical skills in failure identification (data analysis to identify HW errors, electronic measurements, debugging electronic assemblies) Strong ownership and pro-active mindset - Good Communication skills and team player in cross-functional and cross-company environment both in English and German Willing to travel up to 20% of time
